Weekly Backups

If you own a high–profile site or a data–intensive web app, it’s extremely important to keep a complete backup of everything. Still, configuring an automatic backup system can be difficult. That’s why we offer you our Optional Managed Services package – we take full responsibility to keep a full backup copy of your VPS web hosting service, not only of your web sites and data, but also all the custom modifications that you have added. Our backup scripts run each and every week, saving all the customizations that you’ve made during that period of time.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a Linux Virtual Private Server, you will have full freedom to install any script or service on your it. Yet, some scripts are harder to run and may require some additional setup from you. That’s where our Optional Managed Services solution will come in real handy. It includes 30 minutes of installation & trouble–shooting operations – in other words you will be able to basically employ one of our expert server administrators for 30 min and have him assist you with the installation process of any kind of software app whatsoever that you need. And/or have him take care of an issue that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Managed Services deal comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and is an optional feature for our KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
